DNB Centralised Entrance Test - 2008
NATIONAL BOARD OF EXAMINATIONS Application Form for Diplomate of National Board (DNB) Centralized Entrance for entry to the DNB Broad Specialties.
Candidates successful in the DNB CET can apply to institutions accredited by the National Board of Examinations for pursuing the 3 years postgraduate DNB programme in various broad specialties
Eligibility
a. Indian Degrees Candidateswho are in possession of medical degrees from Indian Universities registerable as per provisions of Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and possess provisional or permanent registration certificate issued by Medical Council of India/State Medical Council and have completed one year of internship on or before the last date of submission of the application form i.e. 15th April 2008.
b. Foreign Degrees Candidates who are in possession of degrees from foreign universities and possess provisional or permanent registration certificate issued by Medical Council of India/State Medical Council and have completed one year of internship on or before the last date of submission of the application form (15th April 2008) can also apply for June 2008 examination.
c. Submission of Internship Completion Certificate and Certificate of Registration on Permanent/ Provisional basis with MCI/SMC is an essential pre-requisite. In case the candidate does not submit the Internship Completion & Registration Certificate with the application form, his/her application shall be rejected and fees forfeited.

Last Date of submission of application form for:
1. CET Examination 15h April 2008
Applications must reach the NBE office by the close of office on the
cut-off date mentioned above. No concession shall be given on any
ground including postal delays or delivery delays.
2. Date of CET examination
Sunday, the 15 th June 2008
Paper-I 09.30 A.M -12.30 P.M
Paper-II 14.00-17.00
Fee Structure
The fee is payable only through a bank draft/pay order issued from Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of NATIONAL BOARD OF EXAMINATIONS payable at New Delhi, along with the application form by the last date as specified in the Bulletin of Information.
Examination Fee
i) CET Exam Rs. 3000/-
ii) Internet Downloaded forms Rs. 500/-
Note: Internet Downloaded forms to be accompanied with form fees of Rupees Five Hundred Only.

How to Apply:
The Bulletin of Information and Application Forms can be obtained w.e.f. 4th April, 2008 from:
1. Office of Board at Ansar Nagar, New Delhi Through Bank draft/ Pay Order of Rs.500/- drawn in favour of National Board of Examinations payable at New Delhi.
2. Can be downloaded form the website www.natboard.edu.in (bulletin fee of Rs.500/- will have to be paid for downloaded forms alongwith the fee for examination) (w.e.f. 1st April, 2008)
