Admission Procedure For PGDM (Full Time) Programme
Post Graduate Diploma in Management is a two-years full time Program approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. IMS has been awarded accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) as well as the programme has been accredited equivalent to MBA Degree by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
Eligibility Criteria For PGDM
An applicant should have a minimum of three-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 50% marks in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities / AICTE. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s Degree can also apply, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 30th October 2011.
Duration
The course is of two years duration.
Selection Procedure
Applicants for PGDM program must have CAT/MAT/GMAT or ATMA or any other national level score to Apply. After applying shortlisting will be done on the basis of academics and CAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT score. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for the GD/PI session.
Note:-Application processing fees of Rs. 1100 will not be refunded in any case.
Admission Guideline
A candidate has to apply for admission to IMS Ghaziabad on the application form enclosed with the prospectus along with duly attested copies of the following.
    * Attested copy of CAT/GMAT score
    * Certificate and Mark Sheet of qualifying Examination passed
    * Relevant certificate to verify date of birth.

Description of Duties and Outputs:
During his/her tenure with EHA the fellow will report to the Focal Point responsible for implementing the project and is expected to contribute to the development and delivery of the project being funded by UNDP more specifically through:
• Supporting the project team across 10 project locations in remote districts of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh by systematically documenting the processes for enrolling policy holders, increasing awareness regarding the entitlements to policy holders, improving hospitalization experience and monitoring improved health outcomes and improved hospital processes in catering to RSBY registered patients.
• Support in appropriate process benchmarking by analysing the data generated by partner hospitals in treating RSBY patients.
• Support EHA in developing a robust insurance product for out-patient services which can then be institutionalized through a public private partnership model.
o This will involve understanding the various cost elements in an insurance programme which provide
inputs to product pricing
• Evaluating lessons learnt and understanding how these lessons can lead to progressive improvement in processes and delivery of a better service for enhanced customer experience.
• The above will include extensive travel to the field areas in the above mentioned states and close interaction with various stakeholders – hospitals, community based organizations, insurance company representatives, and government officials at the central and local level.
Outputs
• Assessment Report of RSBY strengthening initiatives in the project districts
• Documentation of project lessons for meaningful and effective modifications in subsequent periods
• Coordination of reporting for the Microinsurance Innovation Facility
Required Qualifications
Education
Post graduate degree in any discipline. Preference for candidates with insurance or health care administration background
Experience
5 years with at least 3 years in the insurance or development sector
Languages
Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in Hindi will be an advantage.

• Proven ability to work effectively in other cultures, communities and project teams
• Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, multitasking ability and time management skills
• Good presentation skills and ability to provide formal and information training

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the Special Class Railway Apprentices’ Examination (SCRA), 2011 on 31/07/2011 for recruitment to the Special Class Apprentices in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railways.
Eligibility:
* Age : Not less than 17 years and not more than 21 years as on 1st August, 2011. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
* Educational Qualification: Must have passes in the first or second division, The intermediate or an equivalent examination (10+2) of a University /Board approved by the Government of India with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination.
* Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
Application Form: Candidates need to apply Online, however those candidates who want to apply offline, may apply in the Common Application Form devised by the Commission for its examinations, which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/ Post offices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs. 20/- only.
Fee: Rs.100/- through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only for the candidates applying through Offline method (SC/ST/PH/Female candidates are exempted from payment (OBC candidates required to pay full fee)). Those applying thru Online method, required to pay Rs.50/- in any branch of SBI by cash or by using Netbanking facility of SBI or by using Visa/ Master Credit/Debit Card.
How To Apply: Either apply Online at UPSD website or if applying oflfline, all applications must reach the “Controller of Examinations, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069″ either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by courier on or before the 25/04/2011(02/05/2011 for the candidates from far-flung areas/ abroad).

Candidates can obtain details of the examination and can get information about registration of their applications, venues of the examination and syllabus etc at the website of the UPSC at http://upsc.gov.in/
