Is This Really Your Business?

So you want to have a successful business? Do you want to own a business that generates a great income? Network Marketing is a great business model that can help you to achieve your goals and dreams. But here is a great question to ask yourself. And you need to be honest with yourself! "Do I REALLY own my business?"
What do I mean by this? I mean have you fully TAKEN ownership of your business? Networking is a unique business because it involves working with so many people. I have found that it is very easy for people to shift the responsibility to other people. Have you taken full responsibility for your business or do you feel that someone else is responsible for your success or lack of success?
Do you feel that you could be more successful IF ONLY your sponsor was more involved or helped you do more presentations?
Do you feel that you could be more successful IF ONLY your downline were more motivated?
Do you feel that you could be more successful IF ONLY you weren't so far away from your upline leaders?
Do you feel that you could be more successful IF ONLY you lived in a better area where the business is growing more?
I could go on and on! And these are tough questions to ask yourself. Your first response is probably "No" to those questions but think hard and dig deep. Because if your answer is "Yes" then you need to address this.
If you deep down are expecting your sponsor or upline to MAKE you successful then you haven't really taken ownership of your business! That doesn't mean your sponsor and upline isn't important but at the end of the day it all comes down to you! And for my business it all comes down to me!
